For many athletes poor performance seems to hit them from out of the blue. It comes at them unexpectedly and they are surprised and sometimes devastated when this happens. They are playing at a very high level and a few days later they are struggling. I usually see these athletes after they have spent many hours and lots of money on private lessons, watched endless video, or had their skills broken down and rebuilt. When we begin our work together they are lost and don't have much confidence or belief in their talent. They are frustrated and their coaches and others in their system are frustrated too.
Some random crazy videos…thanks wtfgymnasticsvideos (we’ll pretend we don’t know what wtf stands for…)
From time to time, there are instances when an AAI product can be made even better, or revised so that a gymnast can use it to their best potential and increase their skill level. That being said, a few changes have been made in the last year on some of the AAI products.

I was just asked this question through our Ask American Gymnast section. I think this would be a good question to solicit feedback from others in the gymnastics community.
If you participate in gymnastics, or any sport long enough, chances are that at some point along the way you will experience an injury. If you were to scour for more information here, you'd know that the probability of an injury transpiring from gymnastics is high. The physical process of rehabbing the injury and getting back to normal training and competition level can be a long and difficult road. However, what is often overlooked is the mental rehabilitation that also needs to take place. Even when the athlete is back to 100% physically, neglecting the mental rehab or avoiding sessions of advanced hypnotherapy training can prevent the athlete from ever returning to pre-injury form.
